You will receive an invoice for $750.
Once we receive your form, we will email you an invoice for $245.

STEP THREE

Pay your invoice online with a credit card.
When you receive our invoice, click the payment link in the invoice. Easy and secure online payment with a credit card.

Or you can pay with Zelle if your bank allows Zelle. If you pay by Zelle, please include the property address on your payment.

STEP FOUR

Receive your documents by email.
Your ready-to-be-signed documents will be prepared by an attorney and emailed to you as a PDF file in about an hour.

STEP FIVE

Review and print your documents.
Open and review the document attached in your email.

We will make any changes or corrections without additional charge. Simply email your changes or corrections and we will revise the document and email it to you.

Your documents are ready to print.

STEP SIX

Record and file your documents.
Detailed recording and filing instructions will be included with your documents.
