Do you want a Lady Bird Deed? (aka Enhanced Life Estate Deed)

Your deed will include a clause allowing the Life Tenant to revoke the Life Estate and to sell or finance the property without the knowledge or consent of the Remainderman.

No – Do not Enhance

The Life Tenant will be prevented from cancelling or revoking the Life Estate and cannot sell or finance the property without the permission of the Remainderman.
